Warranty Claim Form Usage Information.

 


Remember, you must read the terms of the Online Warranty Claims Submission form and by its submission - you aknowledge your aggrement to all the terms set forth in it.

This is a little FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) response frame to assist and help you in navigating our Warranty Submission Form. Please, take the time to review what is provided here before tendering your submission.

1). How do I know my Submission has been sent?

Once you have clicked the submit button a copy of what you've enter into our system will be generated and displayed on your screen (If you don't see anything,  read items 4 and 5.). At the bottom of this copy should appear the comment, "Message sent!". If you see anything else, your submission has not been tendered. Follow whatever instructions that may appear in that message in order to resolve whatever issue you may have.

2). I've submitted my form 15 minutes ago and still have not received any email.

This is common. Often times it may take up to 1 hour before a response email from your submission is delivered. This is caused be the workload queuing on our email servers.

3). I don't see a Warranty Submission Form or any place where I can file online.

Our website uses a technology known as IFrames to load the Warranty Submission Form and you probably have it disabled. IFrames are web page components that allow us to display information you request without reloading the entire web page. This greatly speeds up your access to information you request about your accounts.

To enable IFrames in Internet Explorer :

Open a new browser window, click on the Tools Menu and select the Internet Options item:

Click the Security tab on the Internet Properties window, select the Internet icon, and click the Custom Level button:

Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section, find the Launching programs and files in an IFrame entry and click the Enable button ON.

Close all open Dialogs by clicking their OK button.

4). When I click the submit button - nothing happens or The submit button is greyed out and does nothing.  

This is a sign that you have Javascript disabled.

To enable Javascript in Internet Explorer.

Open a new browser window, click on the Tools Menu and select the Internet Options item. Click the Security tab on the Internet Properties window, select the Internet icon, and click the Custom Level button.

Scroll down to the Scripting section and click the Enable button ON under the Active Scripting category.

Close all open Dialogs by clicking their OK button.

5). I can see the Warranty Submission Form, I have entered my information and clicked submit and nothing happens or  Everytime I click select, my popup blocker goes off.

Simply put, Your pop-up blocker must be turned off in order for you to be able to display your submission.

Pop-up blockers differ on every computer. We cannot tell you exactly how to disable your pop-up blocker, since it's different of every computer.

However, most computers will allow you to bypass the pop-up blocker by simply holding down the shift key or the control key located on your computer.

Depending on your computer, please hold down the Shift key (or Control key) while submitting your claim. Once your submission is displayed, you may release the key.
