President, VP of Sales: Stephen DeGeorge
Steve has had a distinguished career in marketing and sales of refuse equipment within a competitive business market. Through years of experience in direct selling he has become an expert in building top-producing sales organizations through strategic marketing and key account management. Steve has worked for companies such as McNeilus and Wittke building refuse sales, marketing, and channel partnerships for both organizations. Steve’s strengths include:

Prior to Pendpac, Steve was National Sales Manger for Wittke the third largest manufacture of solid waste handling equipment. The company was the second largest front load manufacture and specialized in this arena. Steve was responsible for driving the company from its infancy, 10 bodies a year from 1993 up to 900 in 2003 when Wittke was sold to Federal Signal.
In 1996 Steve met Michael Thobe of Melbourne Australia; Michael described a technology that captured Steve’s interest. Steve managed to sell the concept to Waste Management and Wittke thus the birth of the first Pendulum packer in North America. Steve was working with a company in Oklahoma developing an arm that would compliment the Pendulum Packer. In 2003 Steve pulled a group of partners together, with one goal in mind, produce the most innovative automated side loader in the world. Pendpac, Inc was formed and currently is the buzz of the industry.
Prior to Wittke Steve managed to grow a family run hauling company to the forth largest hauling company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Accounts included the Air Force Academy, King Soopers and several other well know companies.
In 1999 Steve was awarded the Sales Person of the year Industry wide by Waste Tech.
