Eric has also been involved in the waste hauling industry for most of his working career. He has been the General Manager of Cascade Disposal for eight years. He has focused his efforts on creating operational efficiencies and systems in the workplace that have allowed his Company to grow at a very fast rate while continuing to be regarded as a leader in the industry. Eric’s strengths include:
